Policies:

• We require a full month deposit to secure your reservation.
• Cancellations will be accepted up to 60 days prior to your arrival date with a full return of your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee for administration costs.
• We require one full months damage deposit upon reservation, this is fully refundable if no damage has occurred during your rental agreement.
• Pets depend on approval
• Not refundable pet deposit of $ 300.00 CAD (if approved)
• Children are welcome.
• If you make a reservation and do not arrive you will be charged the full amount.
• The apartments are smoke-free environments.
• Cash, check, Visa and Master Card are accepted.
• We are greatly affected by late cancellations, so please make every effort to notify us if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revision.
